Walaa’s career spans leadership in complex, multicultural environments, where she has managed teams of 150+ personnel, streamlined operations, and consistently delivered results in compliance, quality, and impact. She has a strong track record of aligning mission-driven initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Walaa’s passion for empowerment began during her work with the U.S. Embassy in Iraq in 2007, where she launched the first Small Business Development Center and facilitated workshops on women’s economic empowerment, earning recognition from Ambassador James F. Jeffrey. Bilingual in Arabic and English, with proficiency in Spanish, Walaa has also served as a Linguistic and Cultural Liaison, bridging communication between international stakeholders in business and diplomacy.

Walaa holds dual B.A. degrees in Business and English from the University of Baghdad and is certified in ServiceNow Administration and Scrum Mastery (2024).

Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Winthrop University, Corrie is currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Digital Marketing at Wake Forest University. Canesha is a driven and accomplished professional specializing in public health and nonprofit management, with a strong track record of organizing impactful programs and events that address the needs of diverse communities. From spearheading large-scale initiatives such as community health fairs to collaborating with organizations like North Carolina Family Medicine (NCFM) to enhance healthcare access for sickle cell patients, Canesha demonstrates exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication to meaningful change.

Canesha’s educational background includes an Associate Degree in Business Management, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, and a Master of Business Administration from Claflin University. This combination of academic excellence and practical experience equips her with strategic planning, financial management, and community engagement expertise.

Taimaa excels in consulting with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored analytic solutions that drive data-informed decision-making. She has extensive experience leveraging tools such as ESRI GIS and Tableau to create dynamic maps, interactive dashboards, and visualizations, enabling clients to effectively identify trends and actionable insights. Taimaa’s technical expertise includes proficiency in Esri ArcGIS, Tableau, ServiceNow (Certified Administrator), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI. She holds an FCPS Advanced Diploma from Fairfax High School, where she earned the Virginia State Academic Excellence Seal, and has pursued Geographic Information Systems studies at Northern Virginia Community College.

Jayden is a dedicated and innovative Data Systems Manager with over four years of professional experience at the intersection of analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. He is passionate about leveraging data to empower health center leaders, enhance operational efficiency, and promote equity-focused decision-making within the healthcare landscape.

At SaNDAI, Jayden plays a critical leadership role, supervising a team of data analysts and managing high-impact projects that convert complex datasets into actionable insights. His expertise encompasses designing and maintaining scalable data infrastructures, optimizing workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions to address some of the most pressing challenges in public health and health system performance.

Claudette is a vibrant soul whose journey weaves through the artistic tapestry of Loudoun County. From dance studios in Sterling, Virginia to leadership at Broad Run High School, Claudette’s path has been a dance between creativity, service, and leadership.

Claudette obtained degrees in communication design from Northern Virginia Community College and graphic design from George Mason University. However, her true calling is in shaping young minds. Leading summer camps and after-school programs for Loudoun County government, she has earned accolades for dedication, including a Valor Award for a saving a stranger’s life.

Thrish is a talented analyst with 7+ years of experience, seamlessly connecting organizational IT capabilities with business operations and overseeing complex software development projects. Thrish is well-versed in various aspects, including product strategy, vision, execution, business analysis, requirements gathering, gap analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.

Thriving in development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Rational Unified Process, Thrish brings proficiency in technical skills such as R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Advanced Excel. With a keen ability to track, maintain, and analyze KPIs, she excels in using MVPs to drive decisions and implement strategies for product development.
